After a stint at art college, Jeremy qualified in horticulture at Merrist Wood College in 1979. Shortly thereafter he started his first gardening business, based in South London. Bevan Landscapes grew to become one of the premier garden landscaping and maintenance companies in London.

Following the sale of the business in 1991, Jeremy ran the the garden maintenance and landscape divisions of two other major London landscape companies.

In 2003, tired of working in a large organisation, Jeremy decided to set up his own gardening business once again, aiming to provide a more personal, professional and high quality garden design, landscaping and maintenance service throughout the London area. In 2006 Jeremy successfully completed a Diploma in Garden Design at Capel Manor College.

In August 2008 Jeremy Bevan Gardens launched their new corporate design and logo, also investing in a new sign written van. The business continues to grow and develop.
